  • Every user of the We Help platform is subject to the general terms and conditions of use, and your access and acceptance of these general terms constitutes agreement without any restriction or condition to the terms and conditions of use, whether you are a registered user or not, and this agreement is effective from the date of your first use of this platform.

  • The association agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the information and not provide it to any party, whether legal, financial, or administrative, and their use of the information is limited only to accomplishing the agreed-upon work.

  • The association undertakes, for a period of ten years, not to disclose any confidential information, and their responsibility to protect the disclosed information continues for a period of twenty (20) years starting from the date of access to the confidential information, documents, and papers. The platform also has the right, in the event of a violation, to approach the competent authority for compensation for material and moral damage.

  • All information on this site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or owned in any way without approval from the platform. Any modification of the materials or use for other purposes is considered a violation of copyright.

  • The association acknowledges that whoever represents it is its representative and his responsibility is joint with the association, provided that he undertakes that the information and data that he records or adds are under his responsibility, and the platform has the right to demand from him or the association any damages or consequences resulting from incorrect information.

  • The association acknowledges the implementation and completion of all services agreed upon under this contract during the agreed upon period (week/month/year) or until the work assigned to it is completed, starting from the date of (signing this contract/specific date).

  • The Association acknowledges that everything related to the agreements must be in writing, and the approved official language is Arabic and English, and it must be sent via the e-mail approved by the platform, in addition to being signed electronically.

  • The association undertakes to provide reports to the platform on its work.
